Casually looking for a CLK63 BS, Anything to know?
Anything worth knowing about the car (maintenance issues, differences from year to year)?
Besides the usual avenues like ebay, are there any other ways to find a nice one?

I'd put the word out to the boys over at Thomas Classics on here. I know they had, if I remember right, a white one for sale not too long ago. They always seem to have top quality inventory.

No maintenance issues (other than some people reporting cracked paddle shifters which were replaced under warranty), 2008 was only model year, no options other than Ipod connector. I have had mine since new and use it as my DD and currently have 33K miles without issue. You may want to express your interest on the CLK 63 Black Series Forum at MBWorld.org as a there are from time to time owners looking to sell.
