Default To Black out or Not to Black out

Torn yet again. Some like the chrome trim, others do not. I'm considering having all the chrome trim painted black when the car goes in to have the grille painted.

What do you guys think? Also considering 18" C63 wheels coming up here. Wheels will not be black, silver/gray. Car's not going to be lowered at all, and not going bigger than 18's, don't want to sacrifice how comfortable this thing is. Remember, this coming from a 300hp truck on 33's and stiff coilovers haha.

Stock, as it sits right now....

Already done. That was the second thing I did after swapping out the nasty yellow city lights.

I know the 187 look is popular, but I think keeping some chrome and not going 100% murdered out I think adds a nice executive look. First thing thing I would do after the wheels is remove the hood emblem and add a flat hood badge.

I'm about ready to knock someone out at MB. The Calipers are horribly faded, and the passenger rear is rusting, as are every lug nut on the car. They are all getting painted since MB is giving me the line, "our warranties don't cover wheels and brakes, and it's aesthetic."

So yeah, definitely getting the calipers painted. They will probably be painted at the same time as everything else.

Thinking about just going black. If I was going black on the wheels, I'd go Merc Silver to set it off a bit.
