Thread: People these days....

I figured this was thread worthy.. Saw this at the gym the other day and couldn't believe it. Nothing a little tape and paper can't fix!

I see the ///AMG on tons of cars around here... idk why. I feel like the dealer puts it on because it might have the AMG package

I think they add it when theres an AMG appearance package. My 2009 CLS550 has an AMG appearance package and doesn't have the emblem though.

If it is a poser... then ugh. The only people who care will know the difference anyways. Posing... don't do it!

Didn't even have the amg package on it... nor do I think having some AMG aesthetic pieces amounts to being able to have an amg badge on the car..

The guy thinks that the AMG badge is an AMG part therefore is legit in his mind.

I hope you did not put that tape and paper on their car.

Regardless of whether it is an AMG or not, I can imagine you would be pretty pissed if you came back to see someone had taped your car. I know I would. Respect other people's property as you would want yours to be.

LOL, one guy close to my office have a c300 with... AMG, Brabus, 6,3 just under de C300... what a asshat.

Honestly its tape and paper... Not like I grabbed some fishing line and de-badged the kids car. Bird shit does more damage. 20 year old kid driving this pretending that its something that it isn't deserves a little messing around. I can't say I could ever imagine myself doing something like this... but IF I did I would have no problem with someone doing this to my car because I would deserve it.

Actually, you're the one hating on someone elses car. I know the MBZ dealerships around here slap on AMG signs on S550's and CLS Mercedes if the cars have the AMG package so how do you know he's trying to be a poser?
