Default Mercedes Service, am i just asking for too much?

I was spoiled for a while, a service manager at a local (ENCINO) dealership used to take care of me. Always had a car waiting at service time, car was always cleaned and did a great job. Well, this dealership was sold several years ago and i can't deal with the sales people at this place but my service adviser is a great guy...

Last two times bringing my car in at 7am... I had to wait 10-20 minutes for the rental car people to make it in (They're supposed to be in at 7am) and give me a Mercedes (C class or GLK) Now, i like to think i'm a good customer, i have been servicing Mercedes here for last 16 years and I usually purchase 1-3 Mercedes every year.... Let's just say I'm at service every month.
I get in the rental car and ZERO GAS, nadda, nothing..the guy tells me, "Yeah, you can get 60 miles on this, just return it empty" EXACT same thing he said last month when it was pouring and I had to leave dealership to get gas!!!

I pick up my G55 this am, the never washed it (I asked them to) i replaced tires (2K) and tire pressure monitor isn't working and they never put valve stem covers back on....

So, am I asking for too much? Meaning... I want a clean car, and the job done correctly... I will pay more for great service and support. I have contacted the owner SEVERAL TIMES..... Let's just say I don't really think STEVE cares... Just ordered a new G63 and SL65 Carbon Fiber Series from Fletcher Jones... The guy I use at Fletcher just get's it...

Asking too much for them to clean your car and put valve stem covers on? Hell no, stop dealing with them.

I have talked to the Owner several times Steve Zubieta, Mercedes Benz of Encino, Encino, CA and I really don't think he gets it. I asked him about the new SL65 and G63 and he said he would get back to me... NOTHING... I started using Fletcher Jones and my guy calls me up when anything new comes out and pro orders for me.. He gets it... BUT, need a new place for service...

I told him about the last 2 times I got a car from them (loaner car when mine was in the shop) that is was on empty.. He told me, "Well, that's Enterprise, not us" Really? It's in your facility...it's yours...

Has customer services gone to shit?

    Fletcher Jones doesn't offer service?

That other place is wack! especially if you've been dealing with them for a long time.

I know what you mean. A friend of mine bought his g37 at Sewell in Dallas. The place is about 20 miles away and always brought out his car cleaned and waxed for free after the servicing, but what they said later was that a new service they used didn't maintain themselves as well and would just soak the car in water leaving water spots all over. In the end, we just clean the car ourselves. I know how you feel when something you're use to changes in a negative way.

But on your terms, you aren't asking for much at all. You want the service you've had before at a convenient location, not to mention you are what I would consider a regular if not a specialized client. Nothing wrong with that. Bitch away imo but if there aren't any changes you either go away or deal with it.
Sometimes I really wonder how some businesses make it through the day. I mean, change is inevitable, and sometimes it can't hurt to stick your head out a little. Small sacrifice for bigger gain much?

But I feel yah, and good luck with the place next to your office
