    Default Kubang Interior?

    Anyone have any pics on the new Kubang interior??



    Ill go on a limb and say I dont like the idea of a SUV with less performance of the CayenneTS for what I assume to be more money..

    Thanks Pedro. Still looks more concept car than production. Also find it interesting that it appears to be a 4 seater...Not very impressed..

    Not feeling the interior either...lets hope they do something nicer with the production model...i love the Maserati brand and this is borderline taking the shine off it.

    Seems like they spent most of their design time on the exterior for the car show. Has lots of grand cherokee parts for the interior... interesting

    Saying though it will have a separate motor built specially for the Kubang, which has been changed from the previous mention of the 5.7Hemi...

    Specific details on the Kubang are not yet being discussed, but Maserati says its unique engines for the Kubang will be designed in Modena by Paolo Martinelli, the head of Maserati's powertrain department. Though it won't be sporting Ferrari engines, either, Martinelli was previously the engine chief for Ferrari's F1 team, and the engine will be built in Maranello by Ferrari, so the Rosso DNA will be strong, whatever the branding.

    Backing up the bespoke powerplant will be an automatic eight-speed transmission also to be developed (or at least refined) in Modena.
