    You click my link (which is on my server) you click browse, you find pic, you leave the resize boxes as they are if you want to resize, if you dont, delete the numbers. click upload, you wait, then your image is presented.

    Then in ie you right click it, properties, copy the image url, or in firefox you just right click, copy image location.

    Paste that in img tags.
