Thread: Need some help on the exhausts of this GranTurismo!

Dealers will look for any reason to not cover something under warranty. If they're like any other car dealer, they get about half on their labor from Mas as they get from us as customers.

Having said that because mine has the Tubi exhaust and warranty expires July/August. If something's gonna happen make it after that so I don't lose my mind!!!

Someone tells me this is not the MC Sportline exhaust system, because the MC Sportline system comes with 2 big exhausts like the GranTurismo S has. This one has 4 small exhausts.

That someone is incorrect. Goto maserati.com and click the configurator for a 4.2L Granturismo, then click the MC sportline option and just like magic the chrome quad exhaust tips will turn to into black quad tips.

Also if you build a GT-S 4.7L in the configurator and click the MC Sporline option you will see the oval black tips turn to black oval tips.

With that being said, the 4.2L can run the both types, oval tip and quad tip, even though maserati says the oval tip will only fit the 4.7L, they arent exactly being honest. and the oval tips are louder! I cant wait tilll mine comes in! Ill do vids.
