Interesting...where have you heard this? Going to ask my family CPD members and see if they really think that...I get enough "no front plate" ticks, even got pulled over this year already for only "no front plate" !!

How about "MC VIII" = Maserati Corsa eight cylinder.

    MC12 on an 8 cyl = IMO.

Lol.... I hear ya. The idea of the MY MC 12 plate was that it is an MC12 to me. In other words, being the same color as the MC12, and obviously not able to afford one, that it was saying "this is an MC12 to/for me".

Everyone thus far seemed to like the MC12 plate, in which I see your point. Problem is that I cant fit MY MC 12 on the Police Memorial plate. (too many letters/numbers)

A few friends have them and have determined this. Whether by assumption on their part, or being told by an officer themselves.

I would think that as long as you don't appear or come across as a gangbanger, or a p.o.s., that any officer would respect or appreciate the fact that you're supporting this cause by donating to it.

Again, I feel this will aid in smaller/lesser traffic violations as I mentioned. I wouldn't expect this to get you out of reckless driving, drag racing, or anything of that nature.
