You can get stupid money off new Masers (thats why they don't sell for $150k+)

To me there are two things that get me with Masers - looks and sound.

Everything else is subpar, but the two above reasons make me not care about the cons... Car has soul.

I hate 458's. Not enough seats as a dodge grand caravan, definitely not enough room for the kids, and it's just way too loud!

You're comparing two cars meant for two completely different reasons.. I think the Maserati is fantastic for what it's for. I didn't want a car to go fast in. I also agree with raw about the interior, not sure where you're finding plastic other than the dash? Looks like all leather to me.

He never compared the Maserati vs 458. They let him use the car and he was disappointed.

Is a love and hate feeling that I have for our 10' GT Convertible. I love the way it looks, interior space, engine sound, is comfortable...

But is definitely not a sports car. It feels all over the place and squeaks a lot. We just took to service and they tight all the screws under the car, new tires and alignment. Feels better. The Coupe is different, feels more solid and rigid than the convertible. Sometimes I get uncomfortable with the driving position and I hate the nav/radio controls (besides being easy to use).

You can get great deals on a low-miles car. And works very well for a daily.

Did you ever have a problem with a whistling sound coming from the engine? I heard that a lot of grancabrios are doing it...

I mean this thing looks like the Italians outsourced it to China to design it...what were they thinking? I'd rather drive an M3. My wifes Cayenne GTS crushes this thing.

    At least it sounds nice.
Different strokes for different folks. Some like blondes…some like brunettes. If you're used to driving a 458 (one of the best handling production cars on planet earth)…then almost anything is going to drive like a boat.

I know a guy who collects old Triumph TR6s and loves them so. Have you ever driven a Triumph TR6? He obviously sees & feels something about those cars that I never will.

I don't know, my Ford Raptor is more fun than the GTC man.. 458 handles great, no doubt, but I'm not comparing the two at all, I just happened to drop it off for service.
