Thanks, Van, but made an appointment earlier this week at a new Lotus shop in the Valley near Galpin Lotus. These guys come highly recommended and they do work for Lotus' race cars. Clutch is goin in July 5th! Got the whole week off, gonna do a few things to the car. It's possible my power issue is coming from the intercooler heatsheild rattling on the intercooler mount tricking the knock sensor and pulling power back. I'm going to fix that myself [rattle] and the shop is going to check the car's octane scaling to see what's up. Either way I should change the clutch.

We should go for a drive that weekend, but I'm gonna take it easy to break the clutch in.

So was the battery dead like you predicted?

How are the rims holding up with the way you painted them? My friend just got a car and I was going to help him paint his rims in the best possible way!
