It's SIMPLE! Seadoo actually now sells the tool to remove the ring. Also, you might want to think about getting a new impeller (Solas), since you're taking that area apart.

To achenator: I used to run a Sea Doo dealership as well as raced Sea Doos for many years. Sea Doos break more and require more service than any other ski. If I were you, I would stick with Kawasaki or Yamaha.
