:::FRACTIONAL.YACHT.OWNERSHIP:::
I came across a company that specializes in fractional yacht ownership and it seems like an interesting concept.
The company is called Sea Net:
Seanetco Sunseeker Luxury Fractional Yacht Ownership

The fleet consists of Sunseekers, so that is a good start!

I would suggest getting your lawyer to read the fine print very carefully.
If it's anything like real estate time-sharing, it may be full of "interesting" clauses and restrictive time usages which may not agree with some people's schedule.Click on the photo for a larger image.

I viewed some of their boats at a local boat show and they are all in prestine condition, Sunseekers put out a solid product.

I've spent quite a few weeks on a sunseeker. They are good boats, just like every yacht you have to take very good care of it or it will just be a pain in almost every aspect.

Fine print is critical in shared boats. Clauses, conditions, exceptions, provisions, insurance, location, re-positioning, etc. There will be a ton of them. Years back, we started down the path of fractional ownership, but it didn't make sense for what we wanted. Ended up purchasing. (see avatar) Fractional works for some, but not all. You really have to boil down the numbers yourself to get to the bottom of it, this of course if you can get through the fine print. Don't let the sales people do it. It will always be to their advantage.
Figure out how much time you'd ideally spend on a boat if you have your choice in a best case scenario. Do the same for worse case. Then figure out what those same times (weeks) would cost on charter boats. You may find, as many do, that chartering on your schedule, terms, and desired boats makes better sense. Remember as well, the charter market is very favorable for the consumer right now. We've got friends with boats that double as charter horses who can't give time away.
With boats, there are many, many dark closets. Especially when you start talking ownership. Factional or not. While Sunseeker is a good product, it can also be a terrible product if not maintained or staffed properly. The wisest of men once said "if it flies, fvcks or floats, rent it. It's cheaper."
