Shouldn't a Volvo Penta IPS do just fine in a marina and/or other small compartments?
It has DPS; which basically is a satellit-based anchor.

lol.... would like to see someone get from the helm to the bow in time to throw a line, run to the back, jump on the dock, run 100' back to the bow and hook up a line.. Then start all over with the rear..
Ive moved 110' houseboats by myself quite a bit.. but it was midweek and i had no problem with it because you can beat the TAR out of those things and you cant really get going fast enough to tear anything up.. plus they are square so you can put it to the dock and get both lines in a reasonable time without having to board and reboard.
Some of the bigger boats now are radio controlled with the zeus system. You can drop yourself off on the dock and back the boat in by yourself using the hand controls.. but better hope the batteries dont die on the controller!

That's a pretty serious yacht. If you are in a position to buy something like that I imagine you're in the position to afford the proper crew to operate it.
In retrospect if you're seriously into boating and have been around it your entire life and want to buy a yacht of that size, I am sure you could maneuver it by yourself.“Formal education will make you a living. Self education will make you a fortune.”
