    24 Skater with 300 Promax's on Sportmasters.

It was completely redone in 2010 from end to end. Stripped to bare hull and refinished to 2010 spces. Still needs a little bit of fine tuning and setup, but thats half the fun!
Leaving thursday night in the Rockstar Freightliner to spend a weekend in Tampa Bay learning the ins and outs of runnin it.

The boat was originally called "I'M BAD" and was an all black with a race hatch and running 2.4 bridgeports. Ive attached a couple of photos that are hanging on the wall at the Skater Factory in Peters office.

Boat will run in the 120's after the jackplates, cones, props and setup work is finished. Right now its good for about 106.

Absolutely can't WAIT to get it home and let her stretch her legs on her new stomping grounds!
    Nice boat!!! Good luck!!!!

Hey Kiddo's, this boat is finishing up and will be for sale this week. Got somethin a little bigger comin in.. If you're interested, let me know. I'd be happy to take anyone out on it.

FYI, don't let the length fool you. This is not a "run about" boat. This is a RACE boat. An ultra light, carbon fiber and kevlar built extra rigid race boat. Its like a trophy truck, you absolutely have to drive it at 9/10th's all the time or it will kill you.. Setting foot in this boat without a race life jacket will automatically kill you. It's killed like 7 people just sitting on the trailer. If you're looking for something to throw the wife and kids in and run around at 75 mph, don't unless you are looking for a life insurance cashout on them. At 50-90, this boat is unmanagable. It can't get enough air under it to support itself so it porpoises terribly, like a bucking bronco. And you have to do the one thing your brain is telling you NOT to do, hammer down. 99% of the time, more throttle will correct anything the boat is doing wrong, the other 1% of the time, it just kills you. At about 85 mph, it starts getting its act together and 88mph it fills the tunnel with air and begins to accelerate like a sling shot. At this point, theres nothing but props in the water so don't worry about the waves. Slowing down will just settle the glass into the water and bounce you off the waves. Stay on the throttle, stay on top!

Needless to say, its a drivers boat. Yes, it can run in 6' waves. At 100mph plus. But your friends will hate you and you will be paying for broken ribs. But it will do it and no amount of divorce paperwork or legal suits will ever be able to wipe the smile off your face. This is the most exciting boat I've ever been in. With the prop work being finished now, 120 shouldn't be out of reach. Its so loud you have to wear headsets to communicate with the other people in the boat. Here's a hint though, don't plug theirs in. You don't want to know what they are screaming at you.
I can run the boat to 110 by myself no problem in any poker run around. Anything past that point and you will want to split the responsibilities between two drivers. I ran it at LOTO shootout in 6's with 3 passengers. They are just now returning my texts. This is a full-on raceboat with a backseat. Think "Trophy Truck with a lawnchair in the bed" and you'll understand why my friends hate me. The owner of Skater Powerboats (Peter Hledin) produces million dollar, 200 mph fully custom race and pleasure boats that can handle any water in the world. They are the best of the best, hands down. And a picture of THIS boat is hanging in his office. That should tell you something!

It runs crashbox style lowers which means that you can't shift between gears when idling. You have to pick the gear you want before you start the engines. So places like "Party Cove" are out of reach. It idles too fast in gear to use in a no wake zone. So you have to turn it on and off, building up carbon on the plugs and making it even harder to start. This usually happens as you are approaching a million dollar boat and you're screaming at the motors and praying they start in reverse before you scrape something. They usually don't start in time and your loving buddies use their body as a boat bumper. Then they won't return your texts and everyone thinks youre a dick for smoking up the entire cove with the glorious smell of oil and 110 octane. And no one will believe you that you are fogging for mosquito's..

It's a pain in the ass ALL the time. BUT, when its packed with air, no glass touching the water and you're walking away from your buddies in big water, THAT's when the boat shines. In 3' and 4' waves, it will absolutely demolish any boat around. You're not even touching the tops of the waves, you're just keepin enough water to the props to keep her fed and happy. It's rock solid but will wear your arm out working the throttle to keep things happy..

If this sounds like the boat for you or you're just an asshole who's tired of having too many friends ask to go boating, this is your boat..

Its worth what you think its worth.

Best for sale ad I've ever read. From an off road guy, I love the TT comparisons. Sooo what I'm getting at by reading the ad, not a havasu boat haha.

Good luck with the sale man. Actually scared for your friends, or whoever is left, for what is on deck.
