    Great post Aimee.
Don't know your specific reference but I think meters to foot translation may have been lost or missed (slightly). Typically everything is measured in meters and "feet" come later.

Here is everything over 400' or >120 meters.

Boat name / Feet / Meters / Year Built / Builder - Shipyard

    . Eclipse 557 ft 170 m 2009 Blohm & Voss
    . Dubai 525 ft 165 m 2006 Platinum Yachts
    . Al Said 508 ft 155 m 2007 Lürssen
    . Prince Abdulaziz 482 ft 147 m 1984 Helsingor
    . El Horriya 478 ft 146 m 1865 Samuda
    . Al Salamah 457 ft 139 m 1999 Lürssen
    . Rising Sun 453 ft 138 m 2004 Lürssen
    . Fulk al Salamah 447 ft 136 m 1987 Bremer Vulkan
    . Al Mirqab 437 ft 133 m 2008 Peters Schiffbau
    . Octopus 414 ft 126 m 2003 Lürssen
    . Katara 408 ft 124 m 2010 Lurssen
    . Savarona 408 ft 124 m 1931 Blohm & Voss
    . Alexander 400 ft 122 m 1965 Luebecker Flende

Eclipse will be knocked down shortly with the launch of a larger boat which is in the shop now.

I've seen a few of these in person of the years and they really are amazing. Dozens of full time staff members, submarines that come out the bottoms etc. They will build you anything if you have the money!
    I build dream cars.

Wow! You think "oh they aren't that big" and then you see one in real life and get blown away that its a private yacht and not some cruise ship.

Yeah, and at this rate, in a couple years they will literally be the size of cruise ships.

It would be super fun to jump into the water from those though :P
