Nope, The owner of the property is an a rich shady attorney/commercial real estate owner thats well established in the area. I probably wouldn't have won. If I had a shred more evidence I might have had a 50/50 case. It had to go to small claims cause I couldn't afford an attorney. It would have just dragged on. I know how these things work. Its sad to because after researching him and his back ground he seemed like the framework of a great entrepreneurial role model. Nope just another greedy SOB.
As I mentioned in other posts, life has a way of balancing it's self out. Carma will catch up to him soon if it hasn't already. It always does.
