Market Intelligence brings you exclusive pictures of the superyacht Eclipse leaving her dock on the river Elbe.

Built by Blohm + Voss for Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich, this mighty 162.5m leviathan was launched in June 2009 and, after five years of intensive design, development and construction, she leaps straight into pole position on Boat International’s list of the 100 largest yachts in the world.

Managed by Blue Ocean Yacht Management, she features dramatic styling and a stunning interior by Britain’s Terence Disdale. Her accommodation includes a 56m owner’s deck and room for up to 92 crew and staff.

Her interior boasts hundreds of custom finishes, while her deck areas include a 16m swimming pool, the largest on any yacht, which can be converted into a dance floor.

Eclipse will also have facilities for three helicopters.

After delivery, the Terence Disdale designed superyacht will reportedly set sail to Cape Town, South Africa, to attend the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
