Last I saw or heard of them was in 2008 at the Miami show when I looked at the Porsche designed boat they had on display. IRC, they were also at FLIBS in one of the tents that year as well.
Have no idea if they every produced anything more than the few boats they put together for the show(s).

I believe they might have closed shop. The website is down and I can' t find anything on them after the Miami show of 2008

Could anyone maybe school me of what exactly went wrong?
Loved the overall design and still think that the F28 is one of the most beautiful speed boats ever built. As far as the disassembling process,
did they sell the rights for the design so that a different company can resume where they failed?

No one was buying boats at the time.. The only way to end up with a million dollars making boats is to start off with two million!
Last I heard, the molds were available through national liquidators. But the 28 shared a bottom with a bunch of other boats..
