    nothing ever came of it.. not a single one was ever produced, unfortunately..

    Yup.. And speeds have reached their peak utilizing jets.. Its a 1/2mph competition now.. Unless someone comes out with a dual jet drive on a 'doo, 85mph is going to be the wall that everyone hits.. You can only force so much water into a bowl and 85 seems to be about it.. Now, if they start running dual jets, then a whole other world opens up!
