Why wouldnt you call it a yacht? 50' vessel meets the absolute definition of a yacht in any term...
40' and under "Cruiser or Cabin Cruiser"
40' to 100' "Yacht"
100' to 150' "Mega Yacht"
150' to ........ "Super Yacht"

maritime salvor had an article on it, I remember getting it in the mail and recognizing the story. Sounded like the there was some issues as to the boat being owned by at "trust" and the students settling out of court for some cash because the trust was going to spend every dime it had fighting the kids. But either way, they came out pretty good on payday Im sure.

@WaterBoy I had a hunch that would happen, I can't see someone who has the money for a yacht to just freely give it over.East bound and down, loaded up and truckin',
