Chicago Boat Show 2010 - 1/13-1/17
If nothing else, just a heads up that the boat show at McCormick Place North in Chicago starts Wednesday 1/13 and runs thru Sunday 1/17 if any of you are traveling here for business and will be in town.
My girl and I will probably blow thru it on Sunday sometime so if anyone wants to meet there for a 10 dollar beer and a few lies, let me know.A Citroen powered Peugoet.

Chicago Boat Show. FYI.
Just got back
Sad, sad, sad. Less than 1/2 the size last year. Many Prominent names no there.
Clearly the Economy has hit this industry hard.
Miss Geico Offshore was there with a couple QT's. Many of the local marina's with their stock, but not all.
$20.00 to park, $ 10.00 to get in. Took me about 10-15 minutes to walk thru the whole thing.
Its only in the North Hall this year, & it isn't filled. More than twice the size last year.
