I actually live here... I played alcohol support boat that day.. We are all getting together tommorow night because Jay (the photog) has some posters for all of us that Ill post up here. It shows all the best pics of that day. I will NEVER forget that weekend!

Sorry to post and run but I headed to FL for the Capital One Bowl a couple days after that post and never came back to the site. That was a pretty nice write up in the mag and some serious hardware on that lake. Glad I get to see it come to Havasu once or twice a year.

Theyve definately stepped up over the winter too, this year theres going to be a LOT of hurt feelings around the lake.. We are talkin BIG BIIIGGG power..

Think the last time I saw some you'll from the "E-dock' crew, it was at a Poker Run down in Jacksonville (if I remember right) and Reggie brought the V out to play with the cats....

Oh the memories....

Jacksonville was a GREAT run.. I went with my buddy in his 368 Skater and did the open water run back from lunch.. honest to god 6's that day.. All but us and one other boat turned back and did the ICW.. Never had more fun in my entire life! Had more bruised ribs and knuckles than I could count and you couldnt have beat the smile off my face!

I was riding shotgun in the MTI "SpeedRacer" boat....

However one of the Whipples broke on the port side motor, and that ended all the fun early at that event. Then it just turned into a lot of sun tanning on the slow crawl back.

Oh how I wish I wasn't in KS right now... looking out side at the "0 degree" weather.... and dreaming of 6'ers

ya, NO FREAKING DOUBT! It says its "1" degree outside here.. Where in KS are you? Im about 7 miles south of the OK/KS border.

Live in Olathe, work in MO just blocks over the state line from Leawood.

I haven't been down to Grand Lake, since....well....forever.
Last time I was in OK was to go to the dunes to play with some way over powered "Sandcars"

Ya, tha dunes are WAY far west from me.. Im in Vinita. Grand is an experience you wont soon forget...
