;-)
Id put a piston powered 368 or 388 skater against it any day of the week.. If the water got over 5', Id bring in a 46 Skater..
Dont get me wrong, Id go nuts over owning a 50 MTI, but a 50 MTI TURBINE wouldnt be on my top ten or 15 boats to own for me..

I would by an "ex" race vee hull (Foutain) bare hull.
I would then build my own 555 cube motors
My own fuel system, ecu/dash setup, my own supercharger drive systems, and attach it all to some #6's.
Someday.

Going on the fact that if you can afford any of these...you can afford a couple...So with that said.
1. 44' MTI with some sterlings or whatever all you speed gurus reccomend....take on the ocean and go Balls out fast
2. 50' Nortech like pictured before cuz c'mon....whats crazier than a boat with f***ing helicopter engines
3. 42' Cigarette with twin 1075's to keep here in chicago and mess around fresh water
Although after waterboy just posted that new statement marine boat....im thinking that would be one hell of a boat to own as far as all around would go.
Can't even tell you guys how much I've learned about the powerboating community and advances just from this forum....I love this site
