Yup, but its like hittin a wall when you hit 66 mph.. after that, youll work the trim, adjust COG, try to find smooth water and hope for that last 2 or 3 mph. By then, that ferrari is el-longo-gone-o..

But as they say, its now about how fast you go, its about how quick you get goin fast.

Seadoo has a model that now has brakes, apparently stops the craft 30% faster by reversing the thrust. Would be fun to see comparison though.

it doesnt really direct the thrust.. Theres only two ways to aim it, behind the craft (propulsion) or under the craft (reverse). The reverse is just a lever actuated "scoop" that drags the back of the craft lower into the water creating more drag and slowing you down. If it redirected the thrust, in theory the "brakes" would have to rev the motor to apply thrust. Throttle and brake always makes for an interesting combo..

Ever thrown a seadoo into reverse while still moving and jammed the throttle? Instant torpedo.. Try it sometime..

I have one and once you get over the acceleration it has it actually gets kind of boring. I have more fun with my 155 hp gti with the shorter hull that I can throw around in the corners

the exact reason i went with the SE155 hull.. shorter, quicker in the turns. A tad heavier so aerial acrobatics are tougher but the stability kicks assss.
