If you look carefully you can find good clean used stuff. I have a pair of Sea Doo's from 96 that still run great with the 110HP engines. The 2 seater is fun for just playing around, but the 3 seater is much more comfortable to just cruise on. The new 255HP Sea Doo's are very fast and in my view, not for a new rider.

a pair of 13 year old seadoos are well past their lifespan for motors, pumps and electrical. For example, the new 2010 seadoos are advertised as "a decade of fun".. Meaning that the life span is roughly a decade on a bike that has 2010 technology in it. Show me a 13 year old seadoo and Ill show you a seadoo thats well past its prime. You'll have more invested in rebuilds to keep it running than just payments on a new one.

Just had it out on the water for the first time. HOLY SHAT! This thing jumps out of the water when you gun it. I had no idea this thing was going to be so fast. I need to get used to it a bit more. But wow, just wow.
