    Yea that's the bad thing about turbine power and why I prefer piston engines. But still if you have a lot of straight open water and a million sitting around burning a hole in your pocket a 50' turbine Nor-Tech is as good a way as any to get rid of it!

    Yeah it burns **** all fuel at idle, but it doesn't get that much worse running at 90% either.

    Get out there and throttle it up!!!!

    we are doing some stereo work on it. went for a rip at 125 before a lower drive had an issue...absolutely insane boat. anytime you are supplied with goggles and earplugs you damn well know the boat is serious business. talk about stopping traffic. when this thing fires up everyone stops what they are doing to watch the show

    I prefer his 47 Apache 'Medicine Man', much more user friendly for the cargo
