Been slowly getting the hang of it. Just started 3 years ago. We go down to my friends river house about every other week over the summer. Tried boarding on the bay in LBI and it was insane, way too rough haha.

Yeah, kudos to Correct Craft/Nautique on the G23...it looks to be a monster. Never really liked Nautiques, but can't deny this one looks good.
The G23 is so over the top it's ridiculous. I've got to find some funds asap![/QUOTE]

I'm guessing your last boat was a Mastercraft by your screen name? Notice any major differences between the Mastercraft and the Malibu? Most of my time is behind a C4 Avalance, Wakesetter VLX, or Launch 22. Just by chance nobody in my crew has bought a modern Mastercraft so I've never really had much time on one.

You have a sweeet boat! My family has a 23 wake setter also. Man what a fantastic boat, that thing is perfect for everything. Your paint combo is sick. In our family we do a bit of wake boarding and want to try wake surfing, but unfortunately the boat will be sold here soon.

You got it, sold the '04 Mastercraft XSTAR I had and just picked-up the Malibu 23LSV. For pure wakeboarding the XSTAR wake is #1 w/out doubt. The wake on the Malibu is good, just a bit more tricky to dial in with a lot more settings availabe. The Malibu drives a lot nicer...not sure that is a big selling point though. The interior layout was cramped and I wanted someting with more room. The 23LSV is like a limo compared to the XSTAR, however has less storage. I think the fit and finish of Mastercraft is a bit nicer, but they are also a lot more pricy in my area and I just wanted something newer and different so found a deal on this boat (all black helped)

Good to see other wakeboarders on the forums!
We go any chance we have... Whether its behind the Nautique, Waverunner or Winch!

Been wakeboarding for about 10 years now. Getting harder and harder to get out on the water every weekend but I'm still staying active at it. Was the Northeast Region champ many moons ago.

Got in my first wakesurf runs of the season last weekend. I pulled two 360's which is twice many as I got last year. So glad to be behind the boat again!
