I got to see a vintage racing event, and here is a Lotus Eleven!

Yes sir! I was bummed that I couldn't get more footage of it driving. It got a flat tire, so it didn't get much track time.

Unfortunately, work kept me from the MIS event, but I attended the show at St. Johns. They didnt run the GT40 around the track, did they?

Not the one that was on display at St. Johns, but they ran a GT40 continuation model around the track. I did get footage of the real GT40 starting up at St. John's though.

Ha! So did I, so I'm sure we crossed paths. I'm going to start walking around with a L4P shirt on at car events. There are more of us than I knew of.

Add whatever you have of the GT40 to this thread I started...

No way!! What other shows do you got to regularly? Ever go to Autozone, Baker's, Eyes On Design? I always like to make contacts with people, and I'm in Livonia. You have the Depot Town show not far from you, I've been there a few times.
