I own a 2010 John Cooper Works Mini too.

Even slammed, a Mini is still higher off the ground than a Lotus and has a softer ride.

The Lotus was born a racecar and it feels like it, sitting on the ground.

It is the most fun car to drive. That's why those of us who own them, love them.

Yeah, it made me really famous.....with the people working at our nearby Subway restaurant.

I still maintain that an Elise SC is a better way to go than an Exige S.
The Elise is just *soooo* much easier to DD, and with the SC you make up the power.

This thread makes me want to give up the Evo for the Lotus haha.

Yes, the exige s is a blast around town, or even a supercharged elise. The standard elise & exige (non-s) while great in the handling dept, are underpowered in my opinion. Again, this is a vehicle that you make comprimises when driving, like lack of creature comforts, crappy radio,etc, but if your a true sports car person, its the most fun for the money out there. I miss driving them.

I'm sold on one.
