I'm glad no one saw it (and that no video exists),but when I first bought my Exige, I wasn't paying attention when I got out.

I threw my left foot out, then my right foot, but when I leaned forward to get myself up to escape velocity I didn't realize how close the door was.

I whacked the corner of my right eye on the corner of the window on the door. I saw stars, probably cursed, and was SURE I was bleeding. (thankfully, I wasn't.)

I've been much more careful since then.

I'm about six feet, and it's a tight fit. The only reason I've been able to climb in one is how skinny I am.... I still haven't really pinned down the are of getting in and out gracefully.... someone needs to loan me their lotus for a week so I can!

    Great thread!

I am 6.2 and i can do it. I am surprised at the legroom.

When i get out i open the door. Pick my but up with my hands on the console and sill. i then slde my legs out and stand up. I have no issues. Top off is far easier.

I feel bad sliding my butt on the door sill. the one I have to get out of has carbon fiber door sills, so i can't screw it up
