    This is a very well taken care of, "babied" 2005 Silver Lotus Elise. I've had this car for almost a year and love it but my rent was just raised and have to sell.

    47K miles
    CLEAN TITLE.

    that's a good price. In terms of your rent being raised, it's happening all over the place. Rent in apartments and condos is in HIGH DEMAND now.

    God, if I didn't just buy this Evo I'd be all over that.
