In right around late 2005 one of are best customers approached us with his brand new Lotus Elise.

He had just purchased the car and had spent about a month driving it like it was mean't to be driven but something was missing, he said. He was sitting at home one night and flipped the TV on only to see the episode of Top Gear on BBC where Jeremy Clarkson races the "all new" Lotus Exige against an Apache Helicopter. This automatically sparked something in his mind when he thought, why does that helicopter look so cool and stealth?

He then realized it was the matte finish on it's paint that gave off the stealth and fighter air craft feel to it. The next day he met with our CEO, Steve Saghdejian where the two tried to find a way to make his Lotus look just as evil and stealth as the Apache did. They spent over 3 hours messing around with paint, trying to see how they could pull of this "new" matte finish look while still keeping the full quality, protection and durability of the paint. After a couple of hours they had come up with a solution and decided to re-paint the Lotus Elise fully in this new paint.

The car turned heads everywhere it went, and practically started a revolution of matte black paint jobs. While people have been spraying their car with flat black spray paint for decades, Steve had finally come up with a way to have that same finish, while keeping all of the quality of a factory paint job.

Skipping forward about 4 years the Lotus has been driving strong, still turning heads and causing pandemonium wherever it goes. While this is all great, unfortunately with 5 years of driving, comes 5 years of damage.

We have decided that it has come time to give this car a new life just as it did for the automotive world.

Below you can see some pictures of the damage that it's acquired and we would love for you to give us some ideas for the car...
