i would go for the paint . i did some track days and i had the opportunity to co-drive with a lotus test-driver from the hethel factory . i saw there what a standard elise s 136 HP can do if in the hands of a top-driver. i speek for myself now; i think i never did use my elise for more than 40% . so i would go for the paint and some (if mony left over) lotus driving -(safety-slip-control etc etc)lessons .it is fun and you learn a lot . if you are already a licensed racecar driver go for the sc . just my opinion of course. greetzzzzz

I think we've decided that I'm just going to get rid of the Lotus this winter and get a Lamborghini instead
