New wheels on order - new rubber to order tomorrow... Whats next...
Track wheels on order - now I still have to decide between R888's or go to Hoosier R6's.
Had to upgrade the rubber because the Hawk DTC-70's are going to be a bit much for street compounds.
Can't wait for the next track day Nov 7th. If your around Hallett (or want to come out) hit me up.

I really think the R888's and R6's come down to a matter of prefrance...

There is such a WORLD of difference between those tires, there not even on the same planet.
Assuming they are going on an evora S the toyos & advan equiv are good extremely long lasting trackday tires but on the same car and track the hoosier's would be at least 2-3seconds faster.Last edited by TheYoungConnoisseur; 10-27-2012 at 11:12 PM.

R6's are a bit softer compound--really depends on your driving skill and what you want out of a tire. I will say again though that they are both great tires...

I'll be using the R888's pretty much only on the track.
I'll be mounting them this week (they arrive 2 Tue. and 2 Wed.) so I'll post pics of the wheels and tires on the car I hope Fri. or Sat.
Until then I'll leave this here:

Carmic proof I cannot dance... Put both rear tires on in the "right" direction... two right feet makes it hard to dance lol.
I'll be fixing it in the morning.
