Default Land Rover Off-Road Run at Big Bear Dec. 3rd.

For California owners those who like to take their Rovers on the dirt, there's going to be an off-road run consisting of mostly Land Rovers. Non-Land Rovers are welcome to join. This is to benefit the family of Dave Caouette, a Land Rover enthusiast who was murdered during the rampage near the Seal Beach salon.

    More info at: Wheels Events

I'd advise against 20" rims and street tires.

We wanted to attend this but unfortunately could not (yes with 24's). Saw the event coverage on the news and was very glad there was a great turn out for the cause.

Let me know. I go out quite a bit. Not as often as I used to just because of time, different priorities, etc. Hit me up via msg. My small group consists of Jeeps and Land Cruisers.

As far as the turnout, there were about 70 vehicles (registered at least). Since it snowed the day before, we took alternative routes which was pretty mellow, but fun. I'm sure your 24's would've made it. We had to pull a stuck car out of the way (what right mind would drive up those trails). 1 jeep and a couple G-wagens, and a 4WD van showed up.
