I did the same in mine. The stock headliner is sooo bad.

do you know the difference between suede/microsuede and alcantara?

Alcantara is a brand. It is UV coated unlike most other suedes and microsuedes. If using the panel version of Alcantaras' product you can steam it a bit and get it to form to harder curves. I use Alcantara everyday on the projects we build here.

The car looks great! I just picked up a full size and I hated the headliner as well so I dropped it off at Platinum Motorsport earlier in the week and should be getting the car back on friday, very excited to see how it comes out!
