Nice pick up! Welcome to the club! I picked up a BRG D90 back in the spring and I love it. Mine had slightly over 20K on the ODO. I had a Borla exhaust put on, changed out the oil coolant lines to braded steel ( a must they tend to catch fire easily), and stereo upgraded. I replaced all components with Marine grade equipment and added two 8" sub tubes. It sounds awesome even with the roof off.
Next is some Badgervseat covers and maybe a canvas top ( the vinyl top is a $!&?!to get on and off). Would love to know more about the LED lights all around, driving at night is like driving by candle light. Would be interested in your take. Have you been to d-90 source forum yet.
Welcome and have fun.

Thanks! I definitely want to do the Borla exhaust and oil coolant lines - those a already on my list. I would get a Badger canvas top; I have yet to take the top all the way off, but the roll up windows are wonderful.
As for the LED lights, I ended up with only the Truck-Lite LED headlights and some replacement LED bulbs here and there. I'm going to replace them all later this Spring, but it was taking forever to get the replacement lights and I really wanted the truck back. You MUST do the LED headlights though - it's literally a night and day difference.
FYI, I'm keiphers on D-90 as well.'11 RRS Supercharged
