Thread: 2012 vs 2011 RRS SC

getting time for a new suv and today I checked out the 2011 rover sport sc. they didn't have any '12s on the lot and I thought that was a little peculiar so I looked it up and turns out there will be some minor revisions to the '12s. does anybody have any idea as to when the '12s will come out? this will be my first rover and I want to get it right...

I'm looking at a 2012 RRS as well, and when I called my local dealer (Ft. Lauderdale) they said they would get them Oct 1.. coinciding with some sort of announcement or party...

I'm wondering if the 2012 model will finally come with a black headliner (even as an option)...I am currently in the process of having my headliner wrapped in black alcantara because it was not an option to purchase the car with a black headliner from the factory

i read that a black headliner will be an option in the 2012s... much needed, however i like your idea of alcantara

Ya, I wouldn't be surprised at all.

The full size Range Rover comes with a black headliner when you get them loaded as do most or any high end vehicles these days.

My girlfriends mom has a brand new 535xi, she has the Sport Package which gives the car 19" wheels and a black roofliner. Her father has an S450 and with the AMG Package he too has the 19" wheels, more aggresive AMG bumpers and a black roofliner.

So its a pretty standard thing these days...
