Default 2006 RR Issue - Help Needed

Despite my warning regarding electrical issues, my sister bought a 2006 Range Rover HSE last year. Her current problem:

When she pushes the 'on' button for the radio, apparently it flashes, radio turns on for 2 seconds then turns off. Has anyone encountered this problem before?

Thanks in advance for any help!

I just did a search on RangeRovers.net but didn't see anything. I would post this question there, as those guys know everything about these rigs.

The only thing I can think of is to check the fuse. Maybe try and pull the radio fuse out and put it back in.

Need a new headunit. Same thing happened to me. All the fuses were fine in my car. But i would check that first.
