Default Importing Defenders/90s/Series into the US

    Hi guys,

Just looking for a little clarification.

I am interested in partnering up with an established car dealership and importing Land Rovers into the US.

From what I have read and heard, as long as the vehicle is older than 25 years old it should be relatively easy, is this right?

Also I see the majority of imports are 200TDI or 300TDI, is this to do with emissions or do you guys just enjoy the economy?

    Thanks,
    Adam

If you have an address outside of US, you can do it.

vehicles must be un modified and in original condition, or they risk siezure by the govt. I know because a client of mine had a 300tdi 110 siezed at Baltimore, because it had a 300tdi and a gavanized chassis.
