My 1983 Land Rover series 3
Hi guys, I signed up to L4P ages ago but don't have much time to be on here, anyway I bought this last Friday.
It's a 1983 Land Rover 88" (originally a 2.25 but converted to a 3.5 Rover V8).

Unfortunately the next day this happened:

Got the front stuck in an old drainage gutter that had filled up with shit.
Towing it out (took forever)

And while pulling it out I managed to snag the bottom of the front axle on the edge of the drain, the chassis wasnt in great shape to begin with (lots of rust), something gave way and now my new toy is broken! Haven't had chance to have a proper look at it yet to see what needs doing, hopefully a bit of welding and we'll be good to go again!
