Default New Member with a few questions

    Hi Everyone!

I have been silently following you all for the past few months as I have been eagerly awaiting the delivery of my 2011 RRSsc. It still isn't here(it was supposed to be), but I wanted to ask you all for some resources. I plan on doing a few mods, but want to keep it looking as if it could be OEM. Any thoughts or suggestions? I love PROJEKT ABSOLUTE by Platinum.

Does anyone know where you can buy the Autobiography body kit? I have searched around, but it seems like vendors have only a few of the pieces.

Anyway, I am excited to be part of your group! Once I finally get the car, I will post some pics!

    Best,

    J

Welcome, J. You may not be looking to do the exact same thing, but mcanzio has done a very nice job on his RR. Granted it is an older model but he modded it while keeping the oem look still in tact. He may also be able to help you find some of the parts you're after. Good luck and put some photos up when you receive that bad boy.

Edit: 2010-11 MY Conversion...So it begins!!

A link to his thread may be useful ;-)

    Welcome J.

+1 about Mcanzio's RR. Great example.

I think I am going to try and go in this direction. But not with the Gun metal coloring. I think I want it to look pretty stock. Or maybe blacked out. Anyone know if the rims in this picture are from ADV.1 or Platinum Motor sports? Seems like they have the same pattern. Thoughts???

That's definitely a Platinum Motorsports creation...I believe it's documented on this forum as well. The wheels are agetro not ADV.1 I personally like the all blacked out look...but sometimes a mixture is a nice blend as well. Post some pics
