I love PROJEKT ABSOLUTE by Platinum.

Does anyone know where you can buy the Autobiography body kit? I have searched around, but it seems like vendors have only a few of the pieces.

Anyway, I am excited to be part of your group! Once I finally get the car, I will post some pics!

it's all gonna come down to your budget. the autobio kit is hard to source so if you really want this look, absolutely buy it new versus outfitting a non-autobio rover with the body pieces.

if u want quality 22" wheels that are load rated and designed for the rover, it's gonna be about $4-5k minimum per set sans tires. surprisingly, good oversized tires are very nicely priced coming from 12" 911 width land. yokohama paradas are awesome.

here's how i'd break it down:

    -$6K for 22" wheels/tires (don't buy junk as there's a lot out there)
-$15K for aerokit installed (bottom end of the price range)
-$3K for lowering module (it'll look like a confused 4x4 if u don't do this on upsized wheels)

so roughly $25K for a ride that's done right. if u look at that white adv1 to serve as an example, it's a good budget way to go about keeping things oem since all that's done is painting the existing gray trim pieces body color and putting on a quality set of 22s. that's probably like $10K right there total. most people take pics on access mode. at normal height it'll look jacked up.

i'd look to call up Rob @ platinum in LA or Alex at Tag Motorsports based in San Diego (trustworthy, great service and sells just about everything you'd want - i gave them my business). both of these guys spend time here which we all appreciate.

    hope this helps.

I thought so! I found this post which is what confused me in the first place. Not sure if I can post this here. Please forgive me as I am a noob.

Which brand are those wheels for the RR sport? - Teamspeed.com

I also cannot find a website for Agetro wheels, which is what they advertise them as. So I am confused.... But I appreciate your response on it!

The only way to purchase Agetro's is through Platinum Motorsports. I believe it's their brand of wheel.

P.S. the wheels are Agetro M140's for reference not ADV.1 ....even though they look almost identical to the ADV.1 7.1 model lol.

Thanks! I do really appreciate that ROK. I may have to do these things in pieces. Things I purchased already and am having installed are:
-Autobiography silver finish front grill, and side vents. Getting them both surrounds painted to match the Rover.
    -Door handles painted to match
-Stainless Steel pad for the rear tailgate. The one that protects the finish.
-Interior door sills that will Say "Range Rover" in stainless.

Would you say rims should be next?

I see that they offer the Autobiography body kit in the UK, as well as it made it to the 2011 brochures. But it isn't available in US markets. One thing I have learned so far on Land Rover, is they are confusing to work with. When I bought my BMW, they were great! They knew what I wanted, and did it. And I never had to second guess them. I hope Land Rover gets the act together.

PS. They ordered the door handles for Full Size Range. So that made me hesitant.

Interesting. Both companies claim the wheel to be theirs. So one had to be lying. Question is, ADV.1 is a wheel company vs. Platinum is more of a performance shop. This will be interesting come time of purchase.

One difference in regards to the door handles...RR Sport handles are clip on (meaning you can change the face only) much cheaper than painting the whole assembly. Also, the Full Size RR handles come in one piece. I am assuming they wanted to charge you more possibly. How much did you pay for the color coded handles if you don't mind me asking?

To be honest, I am ordering so much stuff, including interior mats, etc. But I am pretty sure the door handles painted, part, etc is going to run my about 800 bucks. I did think about just taking off the original ones, but then I thought I can just sell the originals on ebay or something. That goes for all the parts I am replacing. Grill, side vents, etc.

Just FYI, the Autobiography kit is almost impossible to get right now. I'm searching for an Autobio rear end right now... The best price I've gotten is $2400 + $1000 shipping (yes, $1000 shipping), so let me know if you find anything.

Hey Guys! Here it is! I finally got it! You can see the painted door handles, and Auto side vents painted Santorini on the surrounds. Waiting on 22" Vossen's from TAG. I will post a video soon!

Excuse the shotty cell phone pic.
