    Default Geneva 2011: Range_e Concept

The trend of respect enviromental rules has entered the engineering rooms of manufacturer Range Rover. They have released their E-Concept today at the Geneva Motor Show.

The Range-E Concept is based on a Range Rover Sport and features a 3.0 liter TDV6 diesel with an eight-speed ZF automatic transmission.

I'm not sure why the truck is at "off-road" height, and the dual gas caps are kind of awkward - but overall, I dig it! Now put that hybrid system on the Supercharged...

I think that one of the gas caps is for the hybrid plug-in system and the other is for the regular diesel fuel.

Interesting concept that's for sure, but the 32km range for the hybrid-only seems rather short.
