2011 - according to the dealership, a number of electrical/other issues with the 2010 were fixed for the 2011. The headrests have been redone as well, but that might have been a 2010 change?

If price is a major concern for you, maybe you can get a late build 2010 model. Just remember that there were some issues with the 2010's and like "K" posted earlier, they seem to have been fixed for the 2011 model.
So your options are this
- go cheap, roll the dice witha 2010
- spend a little more and go with the model that may have fixed previous issues.

2011 was a facelift with new headlights and tails as well I think.

2010 & 2011 are the same ....the only difference is the following...
2010 Autobiography Supercharged is limited only a few made and they came fully equipped.
2011 Autobiography is a package and everything is extra ....rear seat entertainment...surround cameras..etc
So if your looking at a 2010 Autobiography then take it and run....if not I would suggest go with 2011 since this fixed any problems their was with 2010

My dealer offered $4k off his 2010's and $2500 off 2011's, $1500 is'nt enough to sway me to a 2010. I just looked and they dropped to $5k off leftover 2010's, the $4k off was told to me the last week of Nov. These are $77,995 msrp vehicles I believe.
