turbo exotics was formerly known as rockbound rovers. they are thieves. lance lockhart stole about $12,000 from me selling me a diagnostic tester, paid for but not recieved. i've communicated with others he's ripped off as well. selling engines, collecting the money but never delivering. i live in another country so i guess he thought i was an easy mark. i have been to his shop and been told nothing but lies about my tester. it's been over a year. DO NOT SEND HIM ANY MONEY. if you google either company you will see complaints. BBB rated them "F".
