I was looking at a new RR Sport but after all the horror stories I stayed away....One dealer near me always has over 20 in stock and was claiming they were getting full msrp and couldnt keep them on the lot. I did'nt like his attitude so told him I was no longer interested. Called back 3 days later to talk to a different sales guy and he took $5k off then said they had'nt sold one all month. I would have bought one from second sales guy based on his honesty but I don't like the crap shoot of possibly getting a lemon.

TBH if your that serious you dont start complaining on their FB profile where everyone can see it and expect them not to be defensive. Just turn up with a lawyer, in the UK the best way is to just send a letter with solicitors note attached stating you will be persuing case through small claims court. 9/10 it gets sorted before you even file the case.
And this here, is my fourty five...

+1 to everything you said about LRNB, i bought my RRS there in 06' and has done all the service there... took them years go come up with better loaner (enterprise rental? that's a joke), i had a bmw x5 before from Crevier, and they got tons of bimmer-loaners to lend any time of the day (with an advanced appointment ofcourse), and even when i take my beater 03' GS300 to Tustin Lexus i can get the 2010 RX or IS to roam around WITH NAVIGATION!
you may known me from this beast HERE

You can do what this fellow did. get stickers made with your complaint and park it accross the street from LR.

LOL did anything happen after he did that?

Same problems with my dealer. Horrible service, cars are never done when they are supposed to be. I actually have to take my RR sport in tommorow to get the suspension compressor changed- ugh. I havnt had any problems with salesmen, just service. My dealership has had 3 different owners in the past 5 years since I bought my lr3, and about 10 different service managers. Want to get rid of the lr3 for a new RR supercharged- makes me reconsider with all of the past problems. You'd think dealerships would do anything to keep your business especially in this economy! I feel everyones pain with LR haha, too bad they're just such good looking cars!

Wow, I'm amazed at the steady stream of unimpressed customers. What's in the water at LR dealers?

Well its a little out of the way but i tell ya guys i have had wonderful experiences with Bobby Rahal Land Rover in Pittsburgh. They have awesome to deal and buy with and I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone! The service staff is amazing, LR rental and they spend time with you after every service. No one is in a hurry, and treats you like you should be treated.
My salesman was Eric Oleander, if you are in the area and in the market go see them.
Disclaimer: I do not work for or have any ties to this dealership other than having purchased a vehicle from them.

Send an email to corporate. I have sent one about the service I received and got a call the next day from corporate helping me sort it out. I have direct contact names and numbers that I would be happy to provide you if you are interested. Just PM me.

    Hope it all gets sorted.
