Bought my RRS new in December 2005. Have about 32k miles on it. My RRS gets me through the Chicago winters with 0 hassles. My truck has been flawless, only routine maintenance. I really disagree with the thought that all Ranges are bad. Im a car nut, I have no tolerance for issues with my cars. Im in the process of picking out options for my 2010 RRS SC, not even slightly concerned about having issues.

The RRS is solid 100% in my book.

True RR story. Customer visits our local dealer to have a broken sunroof repaired on a cross country trip. Had a Garmin and an external XM radio. Service Mgr thought owner didn't realize that the car came with both a nav and satellite radio capabilities. Owner explained that this was his 2nd RR and he didn't want to be in remote locations and take the chance that the Nav and/or XM radio would not work.

With all the issues, I still love them!

Had an 05 HSE RR and loved it, until it started breaking down weekly after warranty went out. Sold it for the SRT8 never had issues except going through tires and brakes alot.
