Default What's the best aftermarket D3S bulb replacement?

I had Philips Ultinon D4S 6000k on my previous car(Lexus IS) over 2 years, love the quality of the bulbs, but kinda pricey ($300/pair) compare to ebay stuff.

I'm getting a RRS 2012 soon, got a message from vendor that said Philips ultinon just release D3S bulbs, just wondering are there any better bulbs than the ultinon out there in the market for the RRS, my budget is LESS than $500 due to college budget, please lmk, thanks for all the inputs appreciated

*update with my previous lexus, freaking love the color and the lighting output of the Ultinon, definitely worth the $

Hey off topic, Do you live in the Bay Area? I think I saw your car on the freeway on my way to San Francisco.
