Window fob control
Hello everyone,
I have recently found out that I can open all the windows on my 2011 rrs s/c using the fob by holding the unlock key. I tried holding the lock key to close them but it doesnt work. Does anyone know how to close them? Or do they just open and you have to close them manually?

Thats what I think, but I know for a fact that the ones in the middle east can actually close by holding the lock button.

This was discussed in another thread. U.S. law prohibits cars from being able to use the key fob to roll windows up. BUT you MAY be able to put the key in the door and hold it in the lock position until the windows start to roll up. Try it. It works on my 03 E46 BMW.

If it isn't possible as standard from the factory, you can sometimes enable it via vehicle diagnostics. Older Audis had it enabled from the factory while newer ones apparently do not, but newer cars can absolutely do it - as can VW cars - through VAGCOM. Our old E90 335 could go down but not up as standard.
